Giovanni Ribisi is an Atwater Village Residence

One of my favorite actors, Giovanni Ribisi has purchased an intriguing and artful residence from internationally known Japanese artist, Mineo Mizuno, located in Atwater Village.  I’m giving Giovanni credit for having Details magazine named Atwater Village one of  “The Six Hottest Neighborhoods in the World’s Greatest Cities.”

As per the public records, Ribisi paid $1,405,000 for the 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 3,886 square-foot residence and studio from Mizuno, which has been listed since April 17, 2011 and closed on March 12, 2012. Read more
